- How does the free trial work?
- Create your account and use RedPen on real work for 14 days. There’s nothing to pay and no card required to start.
- What’s live today, and what’s coming?
- Estimate, Clients & CRM, and the RedPen Packer for Tekla are live now. Projects, Reports and the Client portal are on the roadmap and arrive to your plan as they ship.
- How is it billed?
- Per seat, billed annually — which works out about two months cheaper than paying monthly. Add or remove seats and manage everything from your OD3 account portal.
- Do I need Tekla?
- Only for the RedPen Packer module — it runs inside Tekla Structures as a native plugin. The estimating and client tools are web-based and need no Tekla.
- What if I only need the Tekla tool?
- RedPen Packer is available on its own at £49 per seat / month — the issue-check-approve workflow with the full audit trail, inside Tekla. You can move up to the whole platform whenever you like.
- Where do I manage billing and users?
- In your OD3 account portal. You add or remove people, grant access to each module per user, and manage your subscription yourself.
