What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you send. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to administer that engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
If you apply for a role we hold your CV and correspondence for the recruitment process, and delete it when the process ends unless you ask us to keep it on file.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our mailbox. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Our website is hosted on infrastructure that may process technical request data (IP address, user agent) in server logs for security and reliability.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, this policy will be updated to describe what is measured.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to our processing of it. Email info@od3.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
