A scan is cheaper when it's shared.

We're taking the scanner to a different area each month. £1,499 per scan instead of £2,250, guaranteed once booked. Here is how it works and where we're going.

Map of Ireland and Britain with the Dublin, Manchester and Belfast scanning weeks pinned

Most of what a scan costs is not the scanning. It is getting the kit and the team to you, and getting them home again.

Which means the cost barely changes whether we scan one building in an area or five. So we stopped pretending it did.

What we're doing

Each month we pick an area, post it here a couple of weeks ahead, and take bookings. We bring the team for the week and scan every site that booked. The travel is shared across the trip, and the price per scan comes down accordingly.

That is the whole mechanism. No loss leader, no introductory rate that quietly disappears.

What a scan is

  • One site, up to a full day on site, 9am to 5pm, typically 50 to 60 setups.
  • A fully registered point cloud, not a folder of raw scans for somebody else to stitch together.
  • Delivered as LAS, RCP or E57, whichever your team opens.
  • Issued the week after the site week.

You are buying the scan, not the day. If we finish another site early, we may get to yours sooner than planned.

What it costs

£1,499 per scan in a pooled week, or €1,499 in Ireland. The same price wherever your site is.

Our standard rate is £2,250, so that is £751 saved, 33% off.

Guaranteed once booked

Once you book, your scan happens. We scan your site that week whether or not anybody else in the area books.

We check your photos and drawings first. If the site needs a second day we tell you before the week, and a second booking holds that slot. And if we genuinely cannot scan that week, because of equipment failure or illness, we call you straight away and you choose a new date or a full refund.

Where we're going

  • Dublin, on site 19 to 23 October. Bookings close Friday 16 October.
  • Manchester and the North West, on site 16 to 20 November.
  • Belfast and Northern Ireland, on site 14 to 18 December.

Then London, Cork, Glasgow and Edinburgh, Galway, Birmingham, Limerick and Cardiff through to July. Every week is listed here.

Not on the list?

Tell us your area. Even if there is nothing you need measured this month, say where you are and what you would use it for, and we will plan the next weeks around the areas that ask.

If you cannot wait for a week

We scan anywhere, any week, at the standard rate. And if something is holding up a design, a priority scan runs within two or three days at 10% off the standard rate, subject to someone being free.

Book a scan, or tell us your area.
