Applegreen Drive Thru
A multi-level drive-thru structure with external feature steel — hot- and cold-rolled packages coordinated to hold the architectural intent.
The second of two Applegreen developments detailed by OD3: a drive-thru building whose multi-level arrangement and external supporting steelwork put the structure on show.
The package combined primary hot-rolled framing with secondary cold-rolled members and their connection systems — coordinated zone by zone so alignment and geometry held across the whole structure, and every interface with the architectural elements landed as intended.
Fabrication and erection drawings were produced for off-site manufacture, keeping installation efficient on a compact, fast-moving site.
Outcome
A fabrication-ready package whose geometry control kept the external steelwork aligned with the architecture across every structural zone.
