Applegreen Naas

≈75 tonnes of hot- and cold-rolled steel under a distinctive double-slant roof — full detailing for one of two modern Applegreen buildings by the team.

Applegreen Naas is a modern commercial building with a signature: a double-slant roof running two different pitches, which turns every eaves line, apex and cladding interface into a geometry exercise.

OD3 delivered the full hot-rolled and cold-rolled detailing packages — ≈75 tonnes in total — coordinating the steel against cladding systems by others and working to the connection design requirements provided by the project's engineer.

It is one of two Applegreen developments the team has detailed: the same disciplined, BIM-led workflow applied to two distinct architectural designs.

Outcome

A fully coordinated, fabrication-ready package that held the architectural intent through two roof pitches — delivered efficiently from model to site.
