Blenders Warehouse

≈150 tonnes of warehouse steel — a double-span portal frame with secondary portal, hot- and cold-rolled packages, and a late spiral stair absorbed without delay.

The completed Blenders Warehouse facility in Tallaght with two-tone cladding

Blenders Warehouse is a large-scale industrial facility built around a double-span portal frame with an adjoining secondary portal structure — approximately 150 tonnes of steel, detailed across both hot-rolled and cold-rolled packages with full cladding coordination.

The discipline in a job like this is the interfaces: hot-rolled to cold-rolled, structure to cladding rails, frame to connections. Each one was coordinated in the model so fabrication and installation stayed efficient at scale.

When a spiral staircase entered the scope late in the project, it was integrated into the existing model and detailed at pace — absorbed into the programme rather than becoming a delay to it.

Outcome

A fully coordinated detailing package that kept fabrication efficient and installation streamlined — including a spiral staircase added late in the programme.
