82 bespoke balconies across four residential blocks — the second large-scale balcony package detailed for the same repeat client.

Long Mile Road is the sister project to Two Three North: one of two large-scale balcony packages OD3 has detailed for the same repeat client. Four residential blocks, 82 bespoke balconies, and a programme that demanded pace without losing precision.

What made the project work was the build-up — a balcony assembly designed to come together efficiently — and the coordination behind it, working closely with the fabricator, the precast concrete manufacturer and the architectural practice so every interface was resolved in the model before fabrication.

Outcome

All 82 balconies detailed in complete coordination with the design team, with a build-up engineered to install efficiently on site.
