Royal Central School of Speech & Drama
A 4D construction sequence — the build programme visualised against the model, phase by phase, so logistics and timeline can be seen before a component arrives on site.

Walkthrough
For the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, OD3 produced a 4D construction sequence: the 3D model linked to the programme so the build plays out as an animation — substructure to frame to envelope — in the order and timing the schedule intends.
Seeing the programme
4D turns a Gantt chart into something a project team can actually see. Crane positions, delivery sequence, temporary works and trade overlap become obvious on screen, so clashes in the programme — not just the model — are caught and resolved while they are still cheap to change.
From model to method
The sequence below is that 4D animation. It doubles as a communication tool: a clear, shared picture of how the building comes together, for the client, the design team and the people who have to build it.
Outcome
A clear, shared view of the construction programme — logistics and sequence understood before work began on site.
